Meditation & Movement
Meditation means a variety of things to different people. these include prayers, affirmations, positive thoughts, imagery & visualization for others it may simply be a quiet moment in nature. Some focus on trying to empty the mind avoiding thinking about anything and others concentrate on images or specific words of inspiration. Some involve simply mental exercises, others movement, some even intense positions.
The forms of meditation are basic natural ways that we enhance many of the essential abilities of healing, rejuvenating, stress reduction, that we possess.
You may assume that the practice of mediation is a difficult and challenging activity. You will be pleasantly surprised at how simple and playful these easy movements are in our gentle supportive atmosphere. you can know how much relaxation and energy they bring you in a relatively short time. The wonderful part of these classes is that they are ongoing and can be begun at any time.
The word "Qi," "Chi", "ki", and "prana" in different languages refer "spirit energy", "vitality" or life force. this is a wholistic way of exploring and picturing how the relationship of our Mind, body and spirit work together to enrich our lives.
